Subreddly

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

This policy explains what Subreddly collects and how we use it. Questions: hello@subreddly.com.

1. What we collect

Account data (email, name, company), brand profile content you enter, connected account tokens (encrypted), intent posts and drafts generated for your workspace, usage/billing metadata, and basic product analytics (when enabled).

2. How we use data

To operate the Service: authenticate you, discover relevant conversations, generate drafts, enforce plan limits, process payments via Stripe, and improve reliability.

3. Processors

We use providers such as Supabase (auth/database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), and AI providers for scoring/drafts. They process data only to provide their services to us.

4. Retention & deletion

We retain account data while your account is active. You can delete your account from Settings; we then remove associated workspace data subject to legal retention needs (e.g. billing records).

5. Cookies & analytics

We use session cookies for authentication. Product analytics (e.g. PostHog) may collect usage events when configured. You can request opt-out by contacting us.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing hello@subreddly.com.
