Terms of Service

Last updated: July 9, 2026

By creating an account or using Subreddly (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Subreddly helps you discover social conversations with buying intent and draft on-brand replies. Some platforms require assisted (manual) publishing. You are responsible for content you approve or post.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and connected platform accounts.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Subreddly to spam, harass, misrepresent affiliation, violate platform rules, or break applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or connected platforms.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees are described on our pricing page or in-app. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change plans with notice.

5. Content & platforms

You retain ownership of your brand materials and drafts. You grant us a license to process that content to operate the Service. Third-party platforms (Reddit, Stack Overflow, Quora, etc.) have their own terms; you must comply with them.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee discovery coverage, draft quality, posting success, or business results.
